Part 1: Purchasing of capital goods in 13 batches for a total quantity of 12 550 kg. The list of goods to be purchased, the partial, the full breakdown of quantities and the product specification contain an unpaid price. The technical requirements specified in part are minimum requirements for each product. In view of the provisions of Regulation (EC) No 321/2015 (X.30) 46 (3) (hereinafter referred to as the Cr) the contracting authority draws attention to the fact that, where a clear and publicly understandable definition of the subject-matter of the public procurement necessitates a reference to a specific manufacturing, origin, type, procedure, activity, patent or protection, the name should only be given in order to establish the precise nature of the object of the tender, equivalent to the equivalent and, in all cases, to draw attention to a clear, publicly available tender.
