UPM CAD PR# PR-LRC-2026-003 - Supply and Delivery of ICT Equipment-Please refer to the attached RFQ for the complete details.***nothing follows***1. All entries must be typewritten or in print.2. Delivery shall be for a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days.3. Warranty shall be minimum three (3) months for supplies and materials, and one (1) year for equipment, from the date of acceptance by the procuring entity (if applicable).4. Price validity shall be for a minimum of forty-five (45) calendar days.5. These documents shall be attached upon submission of the quotation: (1) PHILGEPS Registration Certificate, (2) Valid Mayor’s/Business Permit (3) Original Notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement (ABC’s above 50k), (4) Business/ Income Tax Return (for ABC’s above 500k).6. Bidders shall submit original brochures showing certifications of the product being offered.7.
