Click the Invitation to Bid/Request for Proposal tab on the “Tender Management” page and scroll down to view and download the tender documents; 6. Click on the ‘I PARTICIPATE’ button; 7. To attach all files in the designated envelope, click on the corresponding red button ‘PUT ONLINE’ under ‘My Application/Offer’; 8.
