Description & Project Overview
The company Fret SNCF is a former railway freight transport company belonging to the SNCF Group, whose activity ended on December 31, 2024. Having become the Société Nationale d'Actifs de Transition (hereinafter "SNAT"), it remains, to this day, the owner of a real estate asset, called Saint-Pierre-des-Corps, located in Ville-aux-Dames, identified as having a strong railway interest (hereinafter the "Railway Site"). As part of the implementation of an economic discontinuity plan, SNAT intends to sell this Railway Site to an interested buyer.
