Purchase of rescue and fire-fighting vehicles for the Volunteer Fire Department from the Kleszczów commune, divided into 2 parts Delivery of a brand new heavy rescue and fire-fighting vehicle with equipment
1. The subject of the order is: Part No. 2 - Delivery of a brand new heavy rescue and fire-fighting vehicle with equipment. 2. The detailed scope of the order (Description of the Subject of the Order) is included in Annex No. 2.2. to SWZ - Detailed description of the subject of the order and in Annex No. 3 to SWZ - draft contract. 3. As part of the delivery, the contractor is obliged in particular to: 1) Sell and transfer the subject of the order in accordance with Annex No. 2.2. to SWZ; 2) Transfer of equipment free from defects, brand new, unused, technically efficient, complete and ready for operation without any additional purchases and investments on the part of the Ordering Party, including equipped with all operating fluids and fuel; 3) Conducting free training for two people for each car indicated by the Ordering Party in the scope of basic maintenance and operation of the subject of the contract; 4) Markings of rescue and fire-fighting vehicles in accordance with Annex No. 2.2. to SWZ; 4.4. The Contractor is obliged to provide the necessary documents together with the vehicles, specified in Annex No. 2.2. to SWZ - Detailed description of the subject of the order and in Annex No. 3 to SWZ - draft contract.
