To prevent the formation of odors caused by hydrogen sulfide in sewage pressure pipes, Stadtentwasserung Dresden GmbH operates dosing devices at 24 pumping stations for the addition of calcium nitrate to the respective pump receivers. The assembly and operation of 24 controllers as well as the annual maintenance and calibration of the controllers are advertised. For the operation of the controllers, a corresponding service contract must be submitted with the offer. The dosing pumps are the property of SEDD GmbH. The contractor must view and evaluate all data per pumping station and display it visibly via the Internet. The minimum data for viewing and evaluation are: • Current dosing quantity • History of dosing quantity • Storage container filling level The controllers are located at the following dosing points: SPW Am Waldrand, SPW Bergweg, SPW Eichenweg, SPW FZ Rossendorf, MPW Hafenstraße, SPW Kleinopitz, SPW Malschendorf, SPW Marsdorf, SPW Niederwartha, SPW Oberpoyritz, SPW Oltersteinweg, SPW Radeburger Landstraße, SPW Wasserhäuschen, SPW Rödertalstraße, MPW Rossendorfer Ring, SPW Christian-Klengel-Straße, SPW Zschoner Ring, SPW Sachsenallee, SPW Schönborn, SPW Schönfeld, SPW Söbrigener Straße, SPW Stetzsch, SPW Talblick, MPW Winkelwiesen (SPW → dirty water pumping station, MPW → mixed water pumping station) The contract begins for November 1, 2026 with a term of 2 years until October 31, 2028 and an optional extension for a further 2 years (November 1, 2028 to October 31, 2030).
