II/610 Stará Boleslav, bridge ID no. 610-018 via D10 after the village of Stará Boleslav

The subject of the public contract is the demolition of the existing bridge and No. 610-018 and the construction of a new bridge building. The supporting structure of the new bridge consists of a continuous beam structure with two spans of 31.0 + 31.0 m, composed of prefabricated post-tensioned beams with a post-concreted, monolithic, jointed slab. Prefabricated beams are a "specified product" in the sense of Act No. 100/2013 Coll. and Government Regulation No. 163/2002 Coll. The specific type and number of beams (as well as the exact thickness of the joint plate) depends on the bridge builder and will be determined in the RDS. Beams 1.60 m high made of concrete min. C35/45-XF2 and a 0.22 m thick composite slab of C30/37-XF2 concrete. The slope of the upper surface of the slab is central 2.5% to the right, 0.250 m from the curb a trough is created with a counterslope of 6%. The width of the supporting structure is 14,250 m. The supporting structure will be finished at both ends with monolithic reinforced concrete crossbars made of C30/37-XF4+XD3 concrete 2,120 m high. A monolithic crossbar made of the same concrete will also be created above the pillar. All three cross members reach 0.30 m below the beams and allow the load to be transferred from the beams to the pillars and on the supports to the pair of bearings. In close proximity to the central support, there are existing CETIN cables in the SDP of the D10 motorway, which will be protected during construction and moved to a new position after the construction of the stand (part of SO 401). The contractor's duty is to coordinate the relocation of the CETIN line with the construction of the bridge. Before starting construction work, the contractor shall carry out passporting of the land intended for temporary use during construction and all neighboring land. The plots will be returned to their original condition after the completion of the work, the contractor will submit protocols with confirmation - the consent of the owners of the plots with their condition.
