Information regarding the receipt of requests for clarifications and the transmission of responses to requests for clarifications: After the publication of the participation announcement, bidders can send clarification requests to the Procedure Details/Questions section. Answers to requests for clarifications are made in accordance with art 160-161 of Law 98/2016. -The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers is 22 days. -The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarifications within the 15th day
