The subject of this procurement procedure is the conclusion of a Framework Agreement containing contractual terms for the performance of individual specific contracts for the provision of implementation services for customer information systems including integration and backend parts. The Framework Agreement will be concluded with a maximum of eight (8) participants. Based on the Framework Agreement, in the manner specified therein, the Contracting Authority will order performance always at the time and to the extent according to its current needs. The Contracting Authority is not obliged to draw on performance from the Framework Agreement. Implementation services will be provided: - during the development and implementation of new information systems including corresponding process consulting, - during the development or changes to existing information systems, - during the realization of upgrades of information systems to higher versions, - during the development and modifications of new and existing integrations within information systems and also to external systems operated by the Ordering Party, or when addressing IS/IT architecture to ensure their efficient operation.
