Contract Description
The service contract consists of carrying out PEB certification, in accordance with the legislation in force in the Walloon region, of the successful bidder's entire assets for: • All housing for which the residential PEB certificate is no longer valid • All housing for which the residential PEB certificate is non-existent • All housing within the framework of a sale Apartment buildings which have a common heating installation, domestic hot water, ventilation or photovoltaic solar panels must be subject to a PEB certification. “partial report” issued by a certifier.
