Contract Description
Framework agreement for the supply of CARDIAC ANGIOGRAPH according to the attached specifications. Since the procedure is carried out under the accelerated open tender regime, pursuant to art. 74 para. (3) from Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement, as a result of an emergency situation, the period established for the submission of offers is at least 15 days from the date of transmission for publication of the notice of participation. Interested economic operators can request clarifications or additional information in relation to the award documentation at least 8 days before the deadline for submission
