Description & Project Overview
The assignment concerns scientific and statistical services for the annual VLIR personnel statistics. The services provided as a data processor include: a. requesting personnel data from universities and research institutions on a fixed reference date; b. communication with institutions about validation and correction of supplied data; c. statistical processing and data quality control; d. maintaining and adjusting the scripts and tools used; e. providing analyzes and tables, including ad-hoc and evolutionary analyses; f. preparing the annual publication for printing; g. answering internal and external data questions via VLIR. h. Integrate the accumulated historical dataset into the new processing environment once. The processing of personal data takes place exclusively for statistical purposes, within the framework of the applicable data protection regulations and in accordance with the agreements established by VLIR and the universities.
