Description & Project Overview
The purpose of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement that ensures Norske tog flexible access to procurement technical assistance when extra capacity or special expertise is needed. The agreement will primarily cover operational assistance for planning, implementation and quality assurance of public procurement, but may also include consultancy, analysis and investigation work, contract follow-up, process improvement and competence-enhancing measures. The assignments can vary from short-term advisory assignments to longer resource hiring. Norske tog intends to enter into a framework agreement with one supplier.
