Description & Project Overview
The subject of the order is the supply and transmission (distribution) of electricity for the InLife Research Station in Popielno of IRZiBŻ PAN. The supply of electricity must be in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2026, item 43) and the implementing acts to the Act. The Ordering Party did not allow the submission of partial offers in this procedure due to the uniform subject of the contract. Each Contractor may submit one offer.
