Description & Project Overview
The subject of the order is the delivery and transmission (distribution) of network gas fuel to the InLife IRZiBŻ PAN building at ul. Trylińskiego 18 in Olsztyn. The supply of gaseous fuel must be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 43) and the implementing acts to the Act. The Ordering Party did not allow the submission of partial offers in this procedure due to the uniform subject of the contract. Each Contractor may submit one offer.
