The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a work contract for IT services. The subject of the contract is divided into individual sub-performances (items 1), 2), 3) in chapter 2.1), each of the participants (including suppliers) has the opportunity and right to submit an offer for the subject of the contract as a whole or to submit an offer for individual sub-performances (partial performance). The contracting authority shall enter into a written Contract for the work (hereinafter also Contract) with the contractor selected on the basis of the procurement procedure - draft contract see appendix no. 2 for a specific part of the performance according to points 1), 2), 3) listed in chapter 2.1. The contracting authority allows partial performance of the order - i.e. individual items listed in points 1), 2), 3) in chapter 2.1 can be bid for separately, regardless of the scope of performance of the entire order.
