Description & Project Overview
DSS must acquire and put into use an electronic notification system for receiving and handling notifications about objectionable conditions according to the Working Environment Act. The notification system must be a first point of receipt for notifications and must support dialogue, case management and follow-up of notification cases in line with current legislation. The supplier of the notification system must make an initial assessment of whether the submitted message is classified as a notification according to the Working Environment Act and convey the initial assessment to the business which further follows up and handles the notification.
