Description & Project Overview
The object of the contract is the assessment service of the psychological conditions for the use of firearms by members of the municipal police of Terrassa. This assessment includes the application of the corresponding psychological, psychotechnical and/or psychometric tests, the professional interview when necessary, the integration of the results obtained and the issuance of the individualized aptitude report, with the appropriate qualification: suitable, suitable with follow-up or not suitable or any other result of the assessment. Also part of the object of the contract, as actions directly linked to the psychological assessment carried out, are the professional return interviews in those cases where the result is different from suitable, as well as the technical monitoring of the cases qualified as suitable with monitoring and the orientations to the corresponding municipal managers, in accordance with the conditions established in the technical prescriptions package (PPT). These actions are of a one-off nature and linked exclusively to the assessment of the fitness to use the firearm, without constituting a continuous therapeutic intervention.
