1.The subject of the contract is to carry out the task of drawing up an Environmental Impact Forecast and carrying out a strategic environmental impact assessment of the project of the Plenty of Flood Protection Programme, which fulfils the requirements of Article 46 of the Act of 3 October 2008 on the provision of information on the environment and its protection, public participation in environmental protection and environmental impact assessments (hereinafter referred to as the Uioio system), including: - drawing-up of a project environmental impact forecast in the framework of the strategic impact assessment on the project, - the document referred to in paragraph 2 of the Law on Environmental Assessment, - drawn up in accordance with Article 51 of the said Act.- to obtain the opinion required by law - to ensure the possibility of public participation in the proceedings - to prepare the contents of the ordering officers submission to the relevant authorities, i.e. the Regional Director for Environmental Protection and the Inspectorate of Civil Aviation, in matters relating to the matter of public involvement; - to draw up a final version of the Order in the Prognosis, Summary and Monitoring System.The description of the subject-matter of the contract and the conditions for the performance of the order shall specify: - Description of the object of the procurement (OPC) Annex No 1 to the OPC, - Draft provisions of the agreement (PPU) ‡ Annex No 8 to the ZO. 2. The deadline for the execution of the tender shall be 210 days from the date of conclusion of the award.
