Contract Description
The city of Espoo (later also the Customer) requests offers for voice traffic services. The acquisition includes subscriptions and voice solutions, their implementation and ongoing services. The Supplier also provides the Customer with management portals for voice communication services, from which the Customer can manage subscriptions in accordance with the specifications. A more detailed description of the content of the procurement can be found in appendix 1 of the request for tenders. "Description of the object of procurement".
