Description & Project Overview
The object of the acquisition is a text message sending service to be acquired as a SaaS service for the use of 2M-IT (the Subscriber) and the Subscriber's customer owners. There are approximately 1,600,000 text messages per year sent through the acquired service. The object of procurement is described in more detail in the request for tenders' appendix 1 Description of the object of procurement. The minimum requirements for the procured service are described in Appendix A Requirements. The procurement has not been divided into parts. The agreement is first valid for 2 years on a fixed-term basis, after which the agreement continues indefinitely.
