• Receipt and registration of invoices in the accounting computerized system of the TEE • Control and Import of beneficiary data (such as collection, registration, organization, structure, storage, adjustment or change of beneficiary data, etc.) in the accounting computerized system • Registration of title deeds in the computerized accounting system • Registration and issuance of payment orders for expenses • Issuance of money orders: Collection of supporting documents Check for the existence of any assignments/confiscations, heirs, liquidation or merger of companies, etc. Check (ex-officio) insurance awareness of the beneficiary. (self-employed) tax awareness check of the beneficiary. Production of electronic transfer order and account crediting Payment accounting Informing beneficiaries by email • Checking and entering beneficiary data in e-PDE • Registering documents in e-PDE • Creating payment orders in e-PDE • Paying money orders and eps orders • Registering accounting entries in the computerized accounting system for accounting agreements • Support in submitting Expense Reports to OPS all necessary administrative documents
