North East Lincolnshire Council are looking to procure a 3500kg to 4250 kg GVW vehicle converted for our outreach youth service and are looking for clarification and guidance on the specification for this vehicle. The authority has produced an initial specification (see appendix 1 attached) to show potential suppliers what the authorities' initial thoughts are.
