This notice concerns preliminary market consultation in the sense of § 33 of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on the awarding of public contracts (hereinafter referred to as "ZZVZ"). The purpose of this preliminary market consultation is to inform the supplier of the intention of the contracting authority to start the procurement procedure for a public contract and to obtain from the suppliers suggestions and information to determine the most efficient possible way of fulfilling the public contract being prepared, the subject of which will be farrier services for the stud farm Kladruby nad Labem for a period of 3 years from the date of entry into force of the framework contract, according to the specific needs of the contracting authority. This is normal farrier care for horses bred by the client on the basis of a regular farrier care plan. Through a preliminary market consultation, the contracting authority allows itself, in accordance with the provision of § 33 ZZVZ, to contact the supplier with a request for comments on the draft of the tendering conditions of the public contract specified in Article 3-4 of this documentation. As part of this public market consultation, suppliers can send suggestions to the contracting authority regarding the award conditions of the public contract resulting from the content of the tender documentation, including its annexes. The procedure of the contracting authority during the preliminary market consultation is not a procurement procedure in the sense of the provisions of § 3 ZZVZ, nor a public competition for the most suitable offer in the sense of the provisions of § 1772 et seq.
