The Municipality of San Teodoro intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Forty Two Pesos and 81/100 (Php 999,842.81) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) from LGU LED - KALAHI CIDDS NCDDP PROJECT, to payments under the contract for the Installation of Solar Street Lights at Bay Walk, Barangay Poblacion, San Teodoro, Or. Mindoro. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.2. The Municipality of San Teodoro, Oriental Mindoro now invites bids for the Installation of Solar Street Lights at Bay Walk, Barangay Poblacion, San Teodoro, Or. Mindoro. Completion of the Works is 28 Calendar Days, Bidders should possess a valid PCAB License with Size Range of at least Small B and should have completed a contract similar to the Project with a value of at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC to be bid. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders.3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least seventy five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from BAC Secretariat, Budget Office, San Teodoro, Or. Mindoro and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below during 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday.5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders on October 27 – November 17, 2026, 1:00 p.m. from the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of One Thousand Pesos (Php 1,000.00)6.
