Republic of the PhilippinesProvince of Oriental MindoroMUNICIPALITY OF SAN TEODOROINVITATION TO BID FOR THEPROCUREMENT OF MATERIALS FOR THE INSTALLATION OF SOLAR STREETLIGHTS AT PARKS AND PLAYGROUND AT BARANGAY POBLACIONNo. 2026-51October 27, 20261.The Municipality of San Teodoro intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Seventy Thousand and Eighty Pesos only (Php 470,080.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) from Supplemental Budget No. 3 under 8751 – Capital Outlay, to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Materials for the Installation of Solar Streetlights at Parks and Playground at Barangay Poblacion, San Teodoro, Oriental Mindoro. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.2.The Municipality of San Teodoro now invites to bid for materials. Delivery of materials is required within thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Instructions to Bidders.3.Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the New Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) under the Republic Act (RA) 12009, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.4.Bidding is open to all interested bidders, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the IRR of RA 12009.5.Interested bidders may obtain further information from BAC Secretariat, Budget Office, San Teodoro, Or. Mindoro and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below during 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Thursday.6.A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders on October 27 – November 17, 2026, 9:30 a.m. from the address below and upon payment of a non- refundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of Five Hundred Pesos (Php 500.00)7.Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before November 17, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB. 8.Bid opening shall be on November 17, 2026, 10:00 a.m. at the BAC Office Municipal Compound, San Teodoro, Oriental Mindoro in the presence of the bidder’s representative who choose to attend.
