New announcement - Acquisition of a digital partner for the 22 July centre

The 22.juli center needs a digital partner who can contribute to stable operation, management and further development of the centre's digital solutions and communication, and intends to enter into a framework agreement to meet the 22.juli centre's needs. The framework agreement has a duration of 2 years, with an option for the client to extend the agreement by 1 + 1 year. The framework agreement has a maximum value of NOK 6 million excl. VAT Estimated withdrawal is NOK 1.5 million excl. VAT per year. The framework agreement covers the following main types of services: 1. Ongoing operation and management of existing digital solutions, which are regulated according to SSA-L. 2. Consultant assistance and advice under the client's management, which is regulated according to SSA-B. 3. Limited consultancy assignments with a more precisely defined result, which are regulated according to SSA-O. An SSA-L will be entered into for point 1 above. Which type of agreement is used for the individual call for points 2 and 3 is determined by the nature of the performance and the division of responsibilities between the client and the supplier. The basis for competition indicates which aspects of the supplier's understanding of the assignment will be evaluated when awarding the framework agreement. The framework agreement is not exclusive, and does not imply a purchase obligation for the client.
