Processing of applications for support within the Transport Operational Program (2014-2020) for the 2nd phase of the following projects, for each project separately: - "Revitalization of the Bludov-Jeseník line" - "Optimization of the Český Těšín - Dětmarovice line, part in km 332,200 - 333,076" - "Reconstruction of the Kunčické junction in the Ostrava Vítkovice railway" - "Line 292 Šumperk - Krnov in the section Hanušovice - Jeseník" The subject of the contract includes: 1. Processing (for each project separately) the application for support from the European Structural and Investment Funds within the framework of the Transport Operational Program (2014-2020) for the 2nd phase of the project (the so-called individual (normal) project) including all mandatory annexes, including the settlement of relevant comments as part of its evaluation until the issuance of the Approval Protocol within OPD. 2. Update of the economic evaluation (for each project separately) within the CBA tables in accordance with the implementation instructions for the Methodology for the evaluation of economic effectiveness and ex-post assessment of costs and benefits, projects of railway infrastructure, roads and waterways important for transport, in the valid version, including a verbal description of the changes that were reflected in the CBA compared to the original economic evaluation. The contractor will process the subject of the contract in accordance with the conditions of the call for the submission of phased projects within the OPD (2. Phase of projects from the period 2007-2013 - projects without significant changes) and according to the Rules for applicants and beneficiaries of the OPD in the current version, through the MS2014+ information system on the IS KP14+ portal.
