Implementation of drilling two wells in Radaa City - Radaa District - Al Bayda Governorate

Invitation to submit a bid in Public Tender No. (DA\2026-43324) Direct Aid Society - Yemen Office invites contractors to submit their bids for public tender No. (DA-2026-43324) for the year 2026 AD, to implement the drilling of two wells in the city of Radaa - Radaa District - Al-Bayda Governorate (campaign on the night of Ramadan 20, 1447), project No. (2026YEMWAT5005- 2026YEMWAT5004). The tender documents can be obtained from the link in the announcement, bearing in mind that an amount of 15,000 Yemeni riyals must be paid to the cashier in the Direct Aid Office during the delivery of the tarpaulin envelope, or the bid will not be accepted. The bid shall be submitted in one original and two copies in a closed envelope sealed with red wax, on which are written the name of the entity, the project, the tender number, the name of the bidder, and a guarantee valid for a period of (120) days from the date of opening the envelopes, and enclosed are the following documents: A bank guarantee in the same form as the formula specified in the tender documents for a lump sum of ($4,449) in letters (only four thousand four hundred and forty-nine US dollars) of the total bid value, valid for a period of (120) days from the date of opening the envelopes, or a check accepted for payment. A copy of a valid registration and classification certificate (commercial registry). A copy of a valid sales tax registration certificate + tax card. A copy of the insurance card + Zakat card valid for the tender period. A copy of the profession practice certificate and shop license. All offers must include an overview of the contractor, records of his performance in the field of contracting, a copy of previous contracts in construction works, and other documents related to the subject of the tender. The bid will be submitted in US dollars and payment will be in US dollars for the account of the institution/entity and not for individuals. Attach the catalogs for the procurement work to the tender, signed and sealed. Fill out the technical specifications table. Attach a signed and sealed implementation schedule. The date for receiving bids and opening envelopes is: On Monday, November 9, 2026 AD at 11:00 AM, At the headquarters of the Direct Aid Society - Yemen Office, located on Street (63) parallel to Algeria Street - Sanaa, in the presence of the bidders or their representatives with an official authorization signed and sealed by the bidder. Bids received after this date will not be accepted and will not be received from the office. The office (Direct Aid Society - Yemen Office) will notify the winning bidder within a period not exceeding (30) days from the date of opening the envelopes, and the entity gives all bidders ten days to file a grievance before the authorities specified in the law and these regulations starting from the date they are officially notified of the name of the winner of the tender. Direct Aid reserves the right to reject all or some of the bids or cancel the tender at any time without bearing any responsibility or obligation towards the bidders or for the reasons that led the buyer to take this action.
