1. The subject of the order is the supply of parts for the electronic system of Varsovia vehicles under the conditions specified in the Technical Specification (hereinafter: ST), constituting a description of the Subject of the Order and being an integral part of this SWZ (Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ), and in the Contract Template (Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ). 2. The scope of the Subject of the Order includes the delivery of brand new (originally packed, with no traces of use) electronic parts for Varsovia metro vehicles indicated in Annex No. 1 to the ST.
