Contract Description
The subject of the performance of the public contract is the provision of bus transport for excursions within the Karlovy Vary region for schools during the month of June. The subject of the performance includes the arrival of the bus, transportation to the excursion site and back, as well as the waiting time. Bus requirements for sections 1 to 14: M3 category buses (Class II, III and Class B), equipped with seat belts on all seats. In the case of transportation for part 15 – Minibuses, the client requests the implementation of transportation at least from Rolavská 386, Karlovy Vary to the excursion location (Farm Kozodoj) by means of "small buses" (vehicles of category M2 or M3). As part of the offer, the participant submits a completed sworn statement (appendix no. 2). In this affidavit, the participant will state both the vehicle identification numbers (ORV/TP/VIN number of the vehicle) and the license plate numbers, which will be used to transport this part (for the reserved route Rolavská 386, Karlovy Vary – Farma Kozodoj).
