Contract Description
The subject of the order is the provision of railway transport services for senators throughout the country. The service is to be provided in the period from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2029. The service is to include the transport of senators in carriages with seats, as well as in sleeping cars and couchette cars. Pursuant to Art. 43 section 1 of the Act of May 9, 1996 on the exercise of the mandate of a deputy and senator (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 1282), a senator in the country has the right, among others, to free travel by public transport.
