Contract Description
1. The subject of the order is the provision of maintenance and development services for 24 months of IT systems in relation to the following programs for which the Senate Chancellery has licenses: 1.1. Asseco Softlab ERP – modules: Finance and Accounting, Engagement module, Fixed Assets; Logistics and Sales, 1.2. Asseco Softlab ERP HR – modules: Human Resources, Payroll, Employee Portal, E-declarations, Supervisor's Portal; PPK, – hereinafter referred to as the "ERP system". 2. The subject of the order also includes: 2.1. Subscription service for new versions and program updates. 2.2. Version exchange service. 2.2.1.
