Contract Description
The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "agreement") with several fuel suppliers (hereinafter referred to as "PHM") and with several suppliers of extra light heating oil (hereinafter referred to as "ELTO"). For individual deliveries, the contracting authority will proceed in accordance with § 135 ZZVZ - the procedure for resuming competition between participants in the framework agreement. Individual purchases of PHM and ELTO will thus be realized on the basis of bids submitted for each partial performance. The detailed requirements for the subject of the public contract are defined by the technical, commercial and other contractual conditions, which are appendices to this procurement documentation.
