Contract Description
Subject of the procurement procedure: The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement pursuant to § 131 ZZVZ between the contracting authority and one supplier, for a period of 4 years (hereinafter referred to as the "framework agreement"). Subject of the public contract: The subject of the fulfillment of public contracts based on the framework contract is the supply of diesel fuel (diesel fuel meeting the requirements of ČSN EN 590, with a FAME content of up to 7%) by the supplier to the client's tanks located on the client's premises (Litoměřice, Třeboutice).
