Order: Brno, VDJ Jelenice – reconstruction of technology and construction part

The subject of the construction works is the reconstruction of the existing Jelenice reservoir in the cadastral territory of Bystrc. More detailed information about the execution of the construction can be found in the project documentation prepared by Sweco a.s. in June 2025. The contracting authority draws the attention of public procurement participants/contractors to the following measures regarding cyber security: The contractor undertakes to: • act in accordance with applicable legal regulations, with an emphasis on the Act on Cyber Security as amended, and avoid any activity that could be labeled as a violation of legal regulations, • comply with regulatory measures (operational rules) of buildings and premises, • not leave freely available at the workplace documentation that is the subject of performance according to the contract. Contractors undertake to: • maintain the confidentiality of all technical and non-technical information and personal data that they have learned about in connection with the performance of the contract, including the subject of the contract, their own cooperation and the internal affairs of the parties, • ensure that all persons authorized to process technical and non-technical information and personal data that they have learned about in connection with the performance of the contract undertake to maintain confidentiality; the obligation of secrecy and protection of confidentiality of information remains in force even after the termination of the contract.
