Contract Description
The subject of the construction works is the reconstruction of the existing Chochola reservoir in the cadastral territory of Bystrc. More detailed information about the execution of the construction can be found in the project documentation prepared by Sweco a.s. in May 2025. Part of the scope of the work is the provision of road markings for the duration of the construction, the delineation of engineering networks affected by the construction works, the provision of a decision on the permission to cut down trees, quality testing of the work and the processing of documentation of the actual execution of the construction in the number of 4 printed complete pairs, including surveying for the GIS BVK and a technical map of the statutory city of Brno (the geodetic survey documentation will be handed over in four copies and 1x on a USB Flash drive in the form of DGN for MICROSTATION). Measures regarding cyber security: The Participant undertakes to: • act in accordance with applicable legal regulations, with an emphasis on the Cyber Security Act as amended, and avoid any activity that could be labeled as a violation of legal regulations, • comply with the regulatory measures (operational rules) of buildings and premises, • not leave freely available documentation at the workplace that is the subject of performance according to the contract. The participant undertakes to: • maintain the confidentiality of all technical and non-technical information and personal data learned in connection with the performance of the contract, including the subject of the contract, own cooperation and internal affairs of the parties, • ensure that all persons authorized to process technical and non-technical information and personal data learned in connection with the performance of the contract commit to confidentiality; the obligation of secrecy and protection of confidentiality of information remains in force even after the termination of the contract.
