Description & Project Overview
The subject of the performance of this public contract is the creation, operation and development of a functional unit of water management infrastructure records in order to fulfill the obligations set out in: - Act No. 274/2001 Coll., on water supply and sewerage for public use and on the amendment of certain laws (Water Supply and Sewerage Act), as amended, and its implementing regulations, - in Act No. 254/2001 Coll., on water and on the amendment of certain laws (water law), as amended, and its implementing regulations, - methodological instructions related to these laws. The public contract includes the following activities: - development and delivery of a functional unit, - temporary services with a fixed performance (from the start of pilot operation to the handover and takeover of the functional unit), - services with a fixed performance (proper operation services, corrective support services, preventive support services, user support), - performance services (development services, minor development, professional services).
