Contract Description
The subject of the public contract is to ensure the connectivity of key infrastructure sites of the Ministry of Agriculture, including the connectivity of hosting centers, specifically the Stodůlky/JVM hosting center and the Chodov hosting center, as well as connectivity between hosting centers and the Těšnov data center and connection to central eGovernment services. The contract includes the provision of contractual data lines and related services, the aim of which is to ensure a stable, secure and sufficiently capable data connection between individual locations and connected systems. The performance also includes ensuring operational redundancy and high availability of services in accordance with established SLA parameters, secure data transmission with an emphasis on cyber security, continuous monitoring and operational support in 24/7 mode, as well as guaranteed reaction and repair time when dealing with operational incidents.
