Description & Project Overview
1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of a cartridge-free automatic injector for computed tomography, together with the installation and assembly of the device for the needs of the Katowice Oncology Center, in accordance with Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Price Offer. 2. The technical and functional parameters of the device are specified in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. The order also includes: 1) transport of the device to its destination, 2) installation and assembly, 3) cost of annual service inspections during the warranty period, 4) delivery within 4 weeks from the date of conclusion of the contract, 5) 36 months warranty
