1. The subject of the order is the purchase, delivery and installation of a computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging scanner. 2. A detailed description is provided in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ 3. Place of delivery – clinic at ul. Żeromskiego 13 in Warsaw 4.
