Contract Description
The subject of the order is the production and delivery of paper bags and boxes branded with the Lower Silesia logo in accordance with the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order. The Ordering Party specified a detailed description of the subject of the order and the conditions of its implementation in the draft contract, which, together with the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order, constitutes Annex No. 7 to the SWZ. In these proceedings, the Ordering Party does not specify employment requirements based on an employment relationship in the circumstances referred to in Art. 95 of the Public Procurement Law, and the requirements regarding the employment of persons referred to in Art. 96
