The experience requirement however for bidders participating in all lots is the aggregate requirement 2) The Provincial Government of Zamboanga del Norte, implementing partner of the Department of Agriculture, now invites bids for the above subprojects. Completion of the Works for each lot is required as seen in the above table. Bidders should have completed, within the last ten (10) years, a contract similar to the Project. Bidders may opt to submit their bid to any or both lots.
