Description & Project Overview
The subject of this procurement procedure is the supply of 3 intercity diesel buses meeting the minimum technical requirements according to Annex No. 2 of the procurement documentation – technical specification and valuation (hereinafter referred to as "bus"). In accordance with § 100, paragraph 1, the contracting authority reserves the right to a possible change to the obligation from the Contract consisting in increasing the total number of buses by a maximum of 6 additional buses. For details on the reserved change of commitment, see the binding draft of the Contract, which forms Annex No. 3 of the procurement documentation.
