Scope of WorkThe project covers the construction of a warehouse, including:• General requirements: contractor facilities, permits and clearances, project billboard, occupational safety and health program, mobilization/demobilization• Earthworks: structure excavation, embankment, gravel fill, soil poisoning• Concrete and masonry works: structural concrete, reinforcing steel, formworks, CHB walls, floor finishes, cement plaster• Structural steel and roofing: trusses, purlins, metal structure accessories, prepainted metal roofing, flashings and ridge rolls• Architectural works: ceiling, aluminum-framed glass doors and windows, roll-up steel doors, railings, painting• Plumbing and drainage: PVC pipes and fittings• Electrical works: conduits, wires and wiring devices, panelboard, lighting fixtures• Fire protection: fire extinguishers (10 lbs.)The complete scope, quantities, and specifications are in the Bidding Documents (Program of Works, plans, and technical specifications).4. Eligibility of BiddersBidding is open to Filipino contractors and joint ventures that meet the requirements below, as detailed in the Bidding Documents:• Valid PhilGEPS registration• Valid PCAB license of the appropriate category and size range for the ABC• Experience as a contractor, including a Single Largest Completed Contract (SLCC) of similar nature and value, as required in the Bidding Documents [BAC to specify percentage and period]• Net Financial Contracting Capacity (NFCC) or a committed line of credit, as applicable• Other legal, technical, and financial documents as required by the IRR of RA 120095.
