Invitation for negotiated procurement (sagip saka) for the framework agreement for the supply and delivery of fruits and vegetables (one lot) – early procurement activity eversley childs sanitarium and general hospital intend to procure rice, with an approved budget for the contract (abc) of five million nine hundred fifty-two thousand six hundred fifty-five pesos only (php 5,952,655.00). eversley childs sanitarium and general hospital bids and award committee (bac) now invite technically, legally, and financially capable suppliers for the said project. the procurement procedure for this requirement is negotiated procurement sagip saka pursuant to gppb resolution no. 08-2025 and the 2025 implementing rules and regulations (irr) of republic act (ra) no. 12009. the selection of the successful offer shall be based on the best and final offer that will be submitted on the set deadline to the bac and which would meet the minimum technical specifications required. the interested bidders may obtain further information from the bac secretariat at the address given below from october 09, 2026 to november 04, 2026, mondays to fridays, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. the eversley childs sanitarium and general hospital will hold a negotiation meeting on october 20, 2026 at 10:00 am at admin auxiliary building (old avr) eversley childs sanitarium and general hospital, jagobiao, mandaue city, cebu and/or through video conferencing via google meet, which shall be open to prospective suppliers. two (2) copies of the proposals (one original and one copy) must be submitted to the bac which must be duly received by the bac secretariat through manual submission at procurement office 6th floor hospital main building eversley childs sanitarium and general hospital jagobiao, mandaue city on or before 10:30 am of 04 november 2026. late submission shall not be accepted. interested bidders shall submit the following documents in sealed envelopes, labeled as negotiated procurement (sagip saka) for the framework agreement for the supply and delivery of fruits & vegetables (one lot) – early procurement activity, addressed to the bac.
