Description & Project Overview
This service contract concerns the maintenance of the common areas of 46 apartment buildings. Cleaning services concern in particular entrance halls, upper floors, exterior passageways, basements, elevators, stairwells as well as all other common areas. All areas to be maintained are included in the census annexed to the contract and are expressed in square meters (m²).
