Contract Description
This contract involves carrying out visits, complete inventories, surveys of faulty points and feasibility studies for the full compliance (gas and electricity) of a housing stock. The final objective is to obtain a certificate of conformity without reservation or observation. The service provider must provide for each accommodation, on an occupied site, a complete inventory and a precise list of points to be resolved to achieve total compliance without reservation or observation. Priority 1 (basic market): 802 housing units for which we do not have a certificate
