Description & Project Overview
This contract is a framework works agreement. This contract concerns: Aluminothermic welding Aluminothermic welding of rails as well as the execution of rail cuts in regions 8, 9 & 10 of the Infrabel network, in the main or accessory tracks as well as in the switches. The quantities mentioned in the quantity survey are quantities envisaged for the total duration of the contract: initial period and any possible renewals. Infrabel does not undertake to order all the services or all the quantities mentioned in the quantity survey. The maximum value of the framework agreement will in any case be the total amount of the bid ranked first at the award stage. Subject to the application of the review clauses provided for in the special specifications, the framework agreement will end as soon as the partial orders placed have reached said total amount.
