Contract Description
The subject of the public contract is the execution of additional construction works on 17 building objects and 13 operational sets - amendment letter No. 1 dated 30.10.2015 and on 21 building objects - amendment letter No. 2 dated 13.11.2015. The additional works included in the change sheets were not included in the original tender conditions for the implementation of the construction, or there was an increase in the scope of the works due to reasons that were unforeseeable before construction and discovered only at the time of implementation, confirmed additionally according to the geotechnical conditions actually determined and by measuring physical quantities that differed from the assumptions of the construction project, possibly required by public authorities during the construction or arising from changes in legislation or requirements for the technical solution of railway lines.
